International superstar Rihanna is releasing a new perfume called Reb'l Fleur which means Rebel Flower, a name that her grandmother used to call her. The fragrance is expected to debut in February 2010 as a perfume and as a body lotion. It's distributor, Parlux, also produces Queen by Queen Latifah and Fancy by Jessica Simpson.
